At the founding of DiniTech GmbH in 2012 Ing. Dietmar Niederl he was concurrently employed as a senior development engineer at an automotive development firm. It was only from 2014 onwards that the focus shifted exclusively to the business activities of DiniTech. In 2015, the legal form was changed to DiniTech GmbH.

The technical career of the CEO began with an apprenticeship as an automotive technician and automotive electrician. As a skilled worker exclusively in the field of prototype vehicle manufacturing, experience in practical areas such as vehicle electronics, vehicle mechanics, assembly, as well as in body construction was gained. Parallel to this, he started part-time studies in the evening in the field of electronics for telecommunications and IT.

Even during the training, the focus shifted towards the development of novel and innovative products. At that time, there were still few activities in the field of electromobility. As a development engineer in the electrical field for electrical energy storage of electric and hybrid vehicles, our CEO began to gain a lot of experience in the area of ​​new product development, manufacturing processes, process design, production, as well as in specialized topics. After a few years, he led as a subproject manager for the electrical part, series projects in the automotive sector. After changing companies, he also led the electrical group for the development of electrical energy storage for electric and hybrid vehicles.
